Yes, you can pause or cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the minimum term and notice period outlined when you sign up.
What happens if my bike needs repairs or maintenance?
Brompton provides support through its network of service partners. They’ll also provide details on where and how to get your bike serviced as part of the onboarding.
Who is eligible for the offer?
All active drivers on our platform are eligible, subject to availability. If bikes are fully booked, you can join a waitlist.
Can I store it in the customer's vehicle?
Yes – the bike bag allows you to keep customers' vehicles clean by preventing dirt from transferring to the interior. Always remember to bring the bike bag with you for transport.
Am I insured?
Blike's standard subscription package includes insurance just for your bike and accessories that covers theft and accidental damage, with an £150 excess. This is included in the subscription package. Alternatively we have teamed up with Bikmo to offer extended cover for Engineius drivers. Full details available when you place your order.
